1. Go to Settings > Company Settings > GDPR and select Edit next to Candidate retention period.
2. Select team members using + under Send GDPR reports to team members.
Selected team members will receive daily reports about candidates’ GDPR statuses. They will include information about expired profiles and profiles about to expire, Profiles with removal or correction requests, as well as profiles without consent.
Click Open on web to access the information in Recruitee and take the appropriate actions.
GDPR status related notifications
Go to Settings > My account > Notifications. You can set up GDPR related notifications for different scenarios and select if you’d like to receive them in Recruitee, in the mobile app, and/or via email.
