Get notified about your candidates’ GDPR status changes

1. Go to Settings > Company Settings > GDPR and select Edit next to Candidate retention period.

2. Select team members using + under Send GDPR reports to team members.

Selected team members will receive daily reports about candidates’ GDPR statuses. These reports include the following information:

Changes since last report: Changes that occurred in the shown time frame.

  • Expired profiles: The number of candidate profiles whose GDPR consent has expired in the time frame.

  • Profiles deleted: The number of candidate profiles which were deleted in the time frame.

  • Data correction requests: The number of requests from previous candidates to have their data corrected or updated.

  • Profile removal requests: The number of requests from previous candidates to have their profile removed from your database.

Overall stats: Statistics on the current state of GDPR at your company.

  • Profiles expiring within 14 days: The number of candidate profiles whose GDPR consent expires within 14 days.

  • Profiles without consent: The number of candidate profiles currently without GDPR consent.

  • Pending data correction requests: The number of unanswered data correction requests.

  • Pending profile removal requests: The number of unanswered profile removal requests.

Click Open on web to access the information in Recruitee and take the appropriate actions.

GDPR status related notifications

Go to Settings > My account > Notifications. You can set up GDPR related notifications for different scenarios and select if you’d like to receive them in Recruitee, in the mobile app, and/or via email.
