Accessing the Survey Summary
You can access the AI-powered Survey Summary feature in two places. Look for the "Download Summary" button in the header.
On the survey page in the top right
On the survey report page in the top right
Important notes
Surveys PDF reports are generated in the companies language
When generating a survey report PDF, the document is generated in the default language of the company regardless of the user's language setting.
Survey Closure Requirement
The survey must be closed to generate a summary report.
⚠️ Warning: Closing a survey is a permanent action that cannot be reversed. Once closed, you cannot collect new answers.
Report Generation Process
First-time generation:
When requesting the report for the first time, it needs to be generated.
The person requesting the report will receive an email once it's ready.
Generation can take up to 30 minutes, depending on the number of questions and amount of content to analyze.
Subsequent downloads:
Once generated, anyone with access to the survey admin can download the report instantly.
