360 review campaigns require the use of a form template. You can choose from specific form templates.
Create a 360 campaign
To start your campaign, click the Performance tab and then the Campaign category.

Select 360 Review.

💡To find it more easily, we recommend adding a date to the title.
Click the Anonymous 360 Review Campaign button to make the campaign anonymous or not. If the campaign is anonymous, it is anonymous for everyone with access to the result (administrator, manager, rated).

It is also possible to modify the reviewers for each review.
Click on the three dots at the end of the corresponding line and select Edit Participants.
In the menu on the right, add Reviewers (Employees or Group) or Observers (Employees or Group).
When the campaign is ready, click Launch Campaign at the top right. The Create Maintenance Campaign menu allows you to further edit the message to your employees before clicking Launch Campaign.
Reviewee visibility
Reviewee will see their 360 review on the dashboard if:
if they have someone to nominate
if they are involved in the review (this means that self-review was chosen)
when the manager shares the report, then the review will also be on the list on the dashboard, and in that case reviewee can see the review in read-only mode and the report
The report
Once the campaign is over, you can share the report with respondents.
Once the campaign is launched and before the report is shared, the following people can see the answers, by default:
The manager of the evaluated
The N+X of evaluation
The HR group members responsible for the evaluated group (Group HR won’t see any answers if no one provided an answer from their group. Group HR can see answers only from people from the same group.)
The HR Administrator
Observers added to the campaign
📌 Anonymous responses are anonymous if you choose Anonymous 360 Review Campaign in the Setting campaign creation step.
⚠️ If the manager is one of those evaluated, they cannot access the report until it is shared.
⚠️ Assessed HR group members can see the answers but not the report until it is shared.
Once the campaign is launched and the report is shared, evaluators and individuals listed above can view the responses and report:
Click Share Report at the top right to share the report with all users.
Check the box to allow the report to be shared with interviewees and evaluators.
Check the box at the top left to select all or some of the evaluators, and choose Share Report to share with all selected individuals and their evaluators.
Finally, you can click on the three dots at the end of a user's line and select Share Report to share it individually.
