1. To create a review, go to the My Team tab, if you're a Manager, and click New review.
For Admins, go to the Performance tab > Interviews and click New review.
2. Select the 1-on-1 Review type:

All you have to do is give it a title, define the interlocutors and the evaluation period.
4. Choose the desired questionnaire from the saved templates:
📌 It is possible to preview it with the Preview option.
5. Define the maintenance timeline:
The Preparation deadline is the date by which users must have finished preparing for their interview.
The Interview deadline is the date by which the manager and the employee must validate the interviews.
Once the dates are selected, click Next.
Finally, all that's left to do is Start the interview!
