How to share my preparation
To share your preparation, you need to enter the relevant review and to click on Confirm and finish at its end.
Then you can click on I have finished the preparation step in the screen you reached, that will give access to your preparation answers to the other review interlocutor.
The different options for sharing preparations
At the end of your review’s preparation phase, you can choose whether to share your answers with the other participant (Evaluator or Assessee). Your choice affects what is visible during both the Preparation and Interview stages.
I/ Sharing choices and their impact related to visibility
The visibility of your answers depends on the action you take at the end of the preparation stage:
"Share my preparation": Your answers become visible to the other participant immediately and remain accessible throughout the preparation and face-to-face meeting.
"Don't share my preparation": Your answers remain private and visible only to you. The other participant cannot see them during their preparation or during the interview phase.
II/ Sharing choices and their impact on the Interview stage
The different choices of sharing or not sharing the preparations will have an impact on the interview stage.
Here are the different scenarios:
Both sides shared their responses: Both preparations are visible. Answers can be reused using the "Use answer" button.
Neither side shared their responses: The Evaluator can consult their own answers (which won't be visible to the assessee) but cannot see the Assessee's answers.
Evaluator shared / Assessee did not their responses: The Evaluator can see and reuse their own preparation using the "Use answer" button.
Assessee shared / Evaluator did not their responses: The Evaluator can see and reuse both the Assessee's preparation and their own.
III/ Modifying your sharing choice
Sharing choices are not permanent. You can update the visibility of your answers as follows
During the Preparation Phase:
If you want to change your choice (sharing vs. not sharing), navigate to the Dashboard, click the three dots next to the specific review, and select "Modify preparation". Go to the end of the questionnaire to update your sharing preference.
During the Interview (Exchange) Phase:
Evaluators: If you need to share answers after the interview has already started, you must first revert the interview to the Preparation phase.
Assessees: It is not possible to modify your preparation once the interview stage has started. You will need to ask your Evaluator to revert the review to the preparation stage to make any changes.
Publish my preparation during the interview phase
As a reviewee, even if you have not shared your preparation before your reviewer changed the review status to the interview phase, it is still possible to give access to your preparation to the reviewer from your Javelo personal account.
First, you need to enter the relevant review, clicking on its title, then you just have to click on Publish my preparation in the top right corner :
