You can remove a goal at any time, but the ability to delete it depends on your role. Employees can delete goals they created, while managers and HR administrators have broader permissions to manage their team's and the company's goals.
⚠️ Important: Deleting a goal is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
How to delete a goal
The steps for deleting a goal vary based on your user role.
As an employee
You can delete a goal as long as you are the one who created it.
Find the goal you wish to delete.
Click the three dots next to the goal's title.
Select Delete.
As a manager
You can delete any of your team members' goals.
Navigate to My Team > Goals
Find the team member and the specific goal you need to remove.
Click the three dots next to the goal and select Delete.
As an HR
You have permission to delete any goal across the organisation.
Navigate to the main Goals tab.
Search for and find the goal you wish to delete.
Click the three dots next to the goal and select Delete.
