The "Evaluate past training" option

Learn how to add a past training module to your review forms that lets participants evaluate and update their past training.

Streamline your training follow-up by integrating it directly into your review process. The Evaluation of past training courses smart module allows managers and employees to discuss and update training records during their 1-on-1s.

Add the module to your form template

This smart module can be added to any 1-on-1 review form template.

  1. Navigate to Performance > Campaigns > Form templates.

  2. Click Create new template or open an existing template to edit it.

  3. Ensure the template type is a 1-on-1 Review.

  4. Click + Add Question and select Smart Modules.

  5. Choose the Evaluation of past training courses option from the list.

How the module works in a review

During the review, this module will automatically display a list of past training courses that the HR department has approved for that participant.

When a participant clicks on a specific course, a panel opens, allowing them to update its status. They can:

  • Add a status: Completed or Not completed

  • Indicate a Completion date

  • Add a comment

📌 Note: After the review is validated, this information automatically updates the training record on the employee's profile page.
