How do I access the graphical report of your campaign?

Learn how to access, filter, and print the graphical report to analyze your campaign's results and visualize employee responses.

Once your campaign's reviews are complete, you can move beyond individual responses to analyse the overall results. The graphical report provides a high-level overview, visualising employee answers in charts and graphs, making it easy to spot trends and patterns across the campaign.

Access the graphical report

You can view the report for any completed campaign directly from its main page.

  1. Navigate to Performance > Campaigns.

  2. Select the title of the campaign you want to analyse.

  3. Click the View report button in the top-right corner of the page.

Using the report

Once you've opened the report, you can customise the view to focus on the data that matters most to you.

  • Filter the data: Use the filter system at the top of the report to narrow down the results. This is useful for analysing responses from specific departments, teams, or other employee groups.

  • Print or Save as PDF: Click the print icon to create a physical copy or save the entire report as a PDF. This is perfect for sharing with stakeholders or archiving for future reference.
