Updated this week

While the graphical report is great for a high-level overview, sometimes you need to dive deeper into the data. Exporting your campaign reviews to an Excel file allows for custom analysis, offline reporting, and easy sharing with stakeholders.

📌 Note: This feature is only available for users with HR and Group HR permissions.

Export your campaign data

You can generate a custom Excel export from any campaign's detail page.

  1. Navigate to the relevant campaign detail page.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner and select Export as Excel.

  3. A configuration window will open.

Choose your content

  • Include preparations: Check this box if you want the export to include the preparation notes from the reviewee, reviewer or both.

  • Select questions: You can choose to export all questions from the form or select specific questions to focus your analysis.

  • Select any fields from employee profiles (like Role, Gender, or Hire Date) to include in your report. This allows you to better sort and filter your data.

Click Launch export.

Receive your export file

Once you launch the export, the system will process your request. You will receive an email with the Excel file attached. For campaigns with a large amount of data, this process may take a few minutes.
