How to give visibility rights on a campaign?

Learn how to give specific users, like a Group HR, access to view a single campaign without granting them full admin permissions.

Updated over a week ago

By default, campaign visibility is determined by user roles. Sometimes, you’ll need to grant access to a specific campaign for a teammate who doesn't have broad permissions. This allows them to view results and track progress for only the campaigns relevant to their work.

📌 Note: The ADMIN/HR role gives access to all launched campaigns. The Group HR role can only access campaigns within their defined scope. Standard users without an ADMIN/HR role are not granted default access to any campaigns.

Grant campaign visibility

You can give a specific user — like a Group HR who is outside the campaign’s normal scope — view-only rights from the campaign’s configuration page.

1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select Configure.

2. Under Visibility, click + Add a viewer to add people.

3. Click Save changes.

💡 Tip: This is a great way to share campaign results with managers or stakeholders for review without having to change their overall permission level in the system.
