In the preparation or the interview phase
To do so, you need to enter the relevant campaign in Performance > Campaigns. Then, click on the three dots at the end of the desired user's line and select Edit participants.
A new menu appears on the right. Click on the three dots next to the Reviewer and click Replace.
Start typing the first letters of the desired Reviewer's name and select it in the drop-down menu.
This action does not update the user's manager on his profile.
In the validation phase
The admin can switch the review back to the interview phase and make the reviewer change as described above.
Consequences of a change of manager
The preparations written by the former manager during the preparation phase will be deleted.
The report of the former manager, written during the exchange phase, will be kept.
The employee's preparation will be well preserved as it is.
