How do I add or remove a reviewer from a 360?

Learn how to modify the list of reviewers for an employee in a 360 review campaign.

After launching a 360 review campaign, you may need to adjust the list of reviewers for a participant. This could be because a chosen peer is on leave, or you realise another colleague's feedback would be valuable.

📌 Note: This feature is only available for users with HR and Group HR permissions.

Manage reviewers for a participant

You can edit the list of reviewers directly from the campaign’s detail page.

  1. Navigate to Performance > Campaigns.

  2. Select the title of the 360 campaign you want to manage.

  3. Find the employee whose reviewers you need to change and click the three dots at the end of their row.

  4. Select Edit participants from the dropdown menu. A panel will open where you can make changes.

Add a reviewer or an Extra signatory

In the participants panel, click into the search box and begin typing the name of the person you want to add. Select them from the list to add them as a reviewer or assign them as the Extra signatory. Click Save.

Remove a reviewer

In the participants panel, find the name of the reviewer you wish to remove and click the three dots next to their name, and select Delete. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: It is not possible to remove a reviewer after they have submitted their feedback.
