Make sure your review forms are clear, effective, and ready for launch by doing a quick test. Testing your templates helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for all participants. This guide describes two simple ways to test your forms.
Launch a test campaign
This is the most comprehensive way to test, as it fully simulates the experience your employees will have. You can check the form, the email notifications, and the entire workflow.
Navigate to Performance > Campaigns and click New campaign.
Follow the setup steps. When you reach the step to select participants, choose a small group of testers.
At the Form step, select the form template you want to test.
Complete the remaining steps and launch the campaign.
💡 Tip: Create a dedicated "Test Group" with members from your HR team or test users. This makes it easy to select the same group for future tests.
Create a standalone review
This is a faster method for a quick check of a form's layout and questions without creating a full campaign.
Navigate to Performance > Reviews.
Click New Review in the top-right corner.
Select the Reviewee, Reviewer, and the Form template you wish to test.
Launch the review.
📌 Note: Standalone reviews are not part of a campaign and will only appear in the Reviews tab.
💡 Tip: You can also create a second account using the alias of your email (e.g. XXXX+reviewee@xxxx). The manager of this account can be your account attached to xxxx@xxxxx, so that you will receive all the usual notifications.
