Clock-in station 🕒📱
Clock-ins and clock-outs are now easier than ever! You can set up a clock-in station on your company’s shared tablet or smartphone for employees working at the same location.
Employees simply enter a PIN to track their work hours — they don’t need to log into the app or use their personal devices. Their hours are recorded instantly, ensuring accurate time tracking.
You can install the clock-in station as a progressive web app (PWA) for quick access and lock it into kiosk mode to restrict access to other apps.
Reusable steps 🧱🔄
Think of reusable steps as task sections you create once and can use multiple times. They’re like building blocks you can easily add to various journeys or templates — great for tasks that repeat, like onboarding steps.
For example, if your company has a standard onboarding process, you can create a “First Day” reusable step and add it to different onboarding templates.
Anytime you update a reusable step, every template that uses it will automatically reflect those changes.
Date field reminders ⏰🗓️
You can now set reminders for date fields in custom modules. You can configure them to trigger at a specific time relative to the date and notify the relevant individuals, teams, or roles.
