The Payroll module centralizes employee compensation management, including salaries, pay runs, and paysheets, ensuring accurate payroll processing. It simplifies financial settlements while keeping records organized and accessible.
You’ll find three main sections within Payroll: Salaries, Pay runs, and My paysheets.
Salaries
The Salaries section contains records of employee compensation.
You can organize and reorder salary data by:
Employee
Salary type
Effective date (the date it came into effect)
Pay frequency
Amount
Currency
You can also filter this data by:
Employee position
Department
Location
Time off policy
Work schedule
The Filter option is available in the top-right corner above the salaries list.
💡 Tip: To export the salary list, click Export in the top-right corner.
Pay runs
The Pay runs section gives you a complete overview of all pay runs. From here, you can also create new pay runs.

My paysheets
My paysheets show all pay runs per period. Every employee has access to this section, but everyone only sees their own data.
Each paysheet includes:
Pay run details
Payroll information
Salary
Time off
Time and attendance
You can export this data in CSV or PDF format.
