We’ve unified settings across Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR. In this guide, we’ll show you what’s new and how to navigate the updated settings view.
📌 Note: This article explains the changes for current Tellent customers familiar with the old Tellent Admin Center. New customers will have the updated settings enabled from the start.
Why we made this change
Previously, settings were spread across the Tellent Admin Center and the individual app settings for Tellent Recruitee and Tellent HR.
With the new unified settings, all configurations are managed in one central place.
This change:
Cuts down manual work by centralizing settings.
Makes your administrative tasks easier with a single view for managing configurations, access, and permissions.
Provides a clearer and more consistent interface across the Tellent platform.
How Settings are organized
The new settings experience gathers everything into one view, organized into four sections:
Organization
Recruitee
HR (Manage)
HR (Grow)
Organizational settings
The former Tellent Admin Center is now part of the unified settings view.
The Organization section is the new home for all settings that apply broadly across the entire Tellent platform.

App-specific settings
The settings for each app — Tellent Recruitee, Tellent HR Manage, and Tellent HR Grow — are now grouped under their respective section headers in the unified view.

📌 Note: The settings for Tellent Recruitee, Tellent HR Manage, and Tellent HR Grow maintain the same look, feel, and navigation that you are used to.
How to access the new Settings
You can access the unified settings view in one of two ways, regardless of which app (Tellent Recruitee or Tellent HR) you are currently using.
1. Use the app switcher: Click the app switcher icon (the 9-dot grid) in the top left corner, then select Settings.
2. Use the Settings icon: Click the gear icon in the top right corner.
