Javelo will soon become Grow as part of the Tellent HR platform.
What does this mean for you? Not much! Everything you use today stays the same. Your data, workflows, and familiar features, including engagement surveys and 360 reviews, are all still there.
You won’t lose any functionality during this change.
As part of the transition, you may see a few additional features become available, allowing you to explore more of what Grow has to offer. There will be no immediate changes to your contract or billing.
This guide covers the few visual updates you’ll see and what you can expect when you sign in.
A new way to log in
The main change you will notice is the login link. To access your account, you will now use the central Tellent login page at auth.tellent.com.
📌 Note: If you try to visit app.javelo.io or your old custom subdomain, we will automatically redirect you to the Tellent sign-in page.
⚠️ Important: If you use a password manager, it will not automatically update with the new URL. You will need to manually update the URL in your password manager to ensure it continues to autofill your login information.

New look, same functionality
You’ll also notice that the Tellent HR logo now sits in the top-left corner.
If your company uses a custom logo, you can now find it on the right side of the top navigation bar.
Navigating your settings
Your new settings are almost identical to those in Javelo.
Company settings
You can access your company settings in two ways:
1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
2. Use the app switcher icon (the 9-dot grid) in the top-left corner.
Tellent-level settings
Since Grow is part of the Tellent platform, you will notice some new settings that apply to Tellent as a whole.

Groups and departments
Grow customers now have access to Tellent groups and departments, though you can choose whether or not to use them.
Which should you use?
If you only use Grow, you can continue using Grow groups as you always have. These groups will stay private to HR and can be managed by someone in the Group HR role.
If you use or plan to use Manage, you can use Tellent-level groups and departments. These groups are public and sync across the entire platform.
Profile settings
To update your password or profile information, click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Profile settings.
Notifications
Your notification settings have moved. To find them, you can:
1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
2. Use the app switcher icon (the 9-dot grid) in the top-left corner.
Transferring ownership
Your Tellent account can have only one owner at a time. Only the current owner can transfer ownership to someone else.
To see who holds the owner role, look for the Owner badge next to their name in the Team members list.
To transfer ownership:
Go to Settings > Company > Account owner and click Transfer ownership.
We will send a security code to the current owner’s email.
The current owner enters the code and chooses the new account owner to complete the transfer.
