Manual timesheet entry

There are two ways of adding manual timesheet entries:

  • By clicking on + icon in the upper right corner and selecting "Timesheet Entry"

  • Via Attendance section, by clicking on the chosen day:

💡 Tip: If manual tracking is enabled, user you can edit your previously entered time tracking. It depends for how long you can enter it - it's determined in work schedule.

Timer

You can start a timer directly in the system:

  • Click Start in the top right corner of the main dashboard.

  • Once the timer is running, you can edit the start and end time, assign a project, and add a note.

  • The timer is also accessible in the Attendance section.

Clock-in station

To track time using the clock-in station:

  1. On the dashboard, reveal your personal code under the timer.

  2. Enter this code at the clock-in station to start tracking.

  3. When you finish working, enter the code again to stop the timer.

Autoreporting

Attendance can also be logged automatically. Once configured, your attendance entries will be created during the working days.

📌 Tip: Autoreporting is managed in the work schedule. More information can be found here.
