Timeboard

Learn how to use the Timeboard to monitor employee attendance, absences, and daily activity with filters and navigation options.

Updated this week

The Timeboard provides administrators and managers with an overview of employee daily activities. It shows all recorded work entries, breaks, and absences for the selected date, helping you track attendance and working status in real time.

You can access the Timeboard from Attendance > Timeboard.

Attendance and absence overviews

The Attendance and absence overview shows the real-time working status of employees. Each category provides quick insight into who is present, absent, or working remotely.

  • Clocked in - Employees who are currently working according to their typical week. A purple dot marks those with an active digital time clock.

  • Day off - Employees not working on the selected day according to their schedule.

  • Remote - Employees working remotely.

  • Absence - Employees who are absent.
