Automatic campaigns

The Automatic Campaigns module allows you to launch recurring or milestone-based interviews at scale. By triggering reviews based on specific points in time, this feature provides the flexibility to automate any follow-up process to align perfectly with your unique employee lifecycle.

Creating an Automatic Campaign

To get started, navigate to Performance > Campaigns and select the Automatic campaigns tab. Click the New campaign button to begin the setup process.

Understanding Creation Rules

Automatic campaigns are triggered based on two types of creation rules. These rules specify exactly when the first interview for each employee will be generated:

  • Date Picker: Allows you to select a specific, fixed date for the campaign.

  • Custom Date Field: Allows you to trigger interviews a specific number of days/weeks/months before or after a date stored in a user’s profile.

📌 Note: For the Custom date field option to work correctly, you must ensure the custom field is created in your company account and that the relevant data is populated for all applicable users.

Setting Up a Custom Date Field

If you need to create a new date field for your automation, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Custom fields.

  2. Click the Create a custom field button.

  3. Define the Name, Visibility, and Modification access according to your preferences.

  4. Ensure the Filling option is set to Date. This is required for the automation to recognize and process the information correctly.
