Best practice
Keep payment details up to date: Ensure your payment and billing information are current to avoid any disruptions in service.
Review invoices regularly: Download and store invoices and credit notes for accounting and compliance purposes.
Verify invoice recipients: Confirm that the primary contact and any additional recipients are correct to receive all billing communications.
Check subscription and add-on status: Regularly review active products and add-ons to ensure they align with your company’s needs.
Billing
You can access your billing information by navigating to Settings → Organization → Billing. This page is divided into several sections that help you manage your company’s subscription and payment details.
Products
Under Products, you can view which Tellent product(s) are currently active for your company. You can manage your subscription by selecting Manage plan, or contact our team by clicking Contact us.
This section displays key subscription details, including:
Payment type – for example, annual payment.
Next invoice date – when your next invoice will be issued.
Renewal date – when your subscription will automatically renew.

Add-ons
We offer optional add-ons designed to enhance your company’s experience and support your goals. If you’d like to enable an add-on, please contact our team.
Payment details
Here, you can manage your company’s payment method and billing information, including:
Company name
Company address
VAT identification number⸺ required only for companies based in the European Union)
Primary contact⸺ the main administrator responsible for account management.
Primary contact email address⸺ where billing-related communications will be sent.
Invoice copies⸺ choose additional recipients to receive copies of all invoices.
Documents
In this section, you’ll find all invoices and credit notes issued to your company, available for download and record keeping.
Permission level⸺ access to the organizational settings
Not all users in your account have access to the company’s billing section. You can enable or restrict access as follows:
Navigate to Settings → Team members.
In the Manage column, click the three dots next to the user and select Edit access.
Go to Permissions and access → Company management and click Edit in the Permission level bubble.
Select or deselect Administrative access → Manage Billing and click Save to apply the changes.
How to cancel your subscription
Canceling your subscription means that after the current billing period ends, you’ll lose access to your account.
Before proceeding, we encourage you to reach out⸺ our team can help clarify anything about your subscription, billing and data before you cancel.
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Contact us next to your active subscription to request cancellation.

Means of payment
When subscribing, you can choose your preferred payment method. You can change or update it anytime under Settings → Organization → Billing → Payment method.
Payment security
All subscription transactions are processed securely through our payment providers, which meet the highest industry standards for payment security and encryption.
Payment issue
If a payment fails or is not received by the due date, email reminders are automatically sent to the billing contact and any additional contacts listed in your account.
Account warnings about potential service interruptions due to non-payment are visible only to administrators.
