We’re expanding our campaigns module with new job board integrations, including Sponsored Jobs, XING, Werk.nl, Willhaben.at, karriere.at, StepStone Belgium, jobscout24.ch, jobup.ch, Emploi-Territorial.fr and StaffSanté. Additionally, we’re enhancing the data form with smart-fill capabilities to simplify the process of providing job board requirements.

Our Journeys feature will soon support pre-onboarding, helping new hires transition seamlessly from offer acceptance to their start date. From certification expirations to medical examination deadlines, this highly requested feature—especially popular in markets like France—will help teams stay informed and proactive about key employee data.

We’re introducing integration with Silae, a leading payroll solution in France, to streamline payroll processes. This enhancement will help ensure seamless data transfer and improve efficiency for HR teams managing payroll in supported regions.

To address challenges with rigid review processes, we’re introducing a more flexible review creation system. This new approach will include four optional steps—nominations, individual opinions, summaries, and signatures—providing HR teams the freedom to design reviews that fit their needs. Over time, this update will replace Grow’s current review offering and improve the overall experience.
