What is a trial account
A trial account, also called a test account, lets you explore Tellent HR before purchasing a subscription. It functions just like a regular subscription account but for free. If you create the trial yourself, you are automatically assigned as the account owner with the role of administrator.
How do you create a trial account
Visit https://auth.tellent.com/sign-up and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your company’s trial account.
💡 Tip: Add your first name to the company title, for example: Matthew Tellent Trial. This helps indicate that it is a test account and clearly shows who created it. You can update the company name at any time later if needed.
Trial account duration and what's next
The trial lasts 18 days. If you decide to continue using Tellent after your trial, you can purchase a subscription. For details on managing your subscription, see Billing, Payments, and Invoices.
If you don’t want to continue using our platform, you can submit a request to have your company account deleted.
How to delete a trial account
If you decide not to continue with a paid subscription during or after your trial, that’s completely fine! You can simply submit a request to have your test account deleted.
Go to Settings → Company.
Click Delete company button.
Once you submit the company deletion request, the company and all related data will be permanently removed after 14 days. This includes user accounts — but only if the user belonged solely to that company. If a user is part of multiple organisations, their user account remains active for the others.
